Ethical and Innovative Leadership: AIEA members are guided by respect for the dignity and rights of one another, and operate on the principles of civility, integrity, and professionalism to advance the internationalization of higher education and to make meaningful contributions to society.
Equity and Inclusive Excellence: AIEA members adhere to the tenets of fairness and reciprocity to integrate diverse voices in developing the strategy, policies, practices, and structures of higher education in a global context.

Powering Collaboration Across Borders
The Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA), founded in 1982, is the only membership organization dedicated to international education leadership. Our members include leaders and changemakers from across the international education sector, united by a shared commitment to shaping the future of global education.
AIEA convenes international education leaders from around the world to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and engage with organizations influencing international higher education. Through collaboration, shared strategy, and collective advocacy, AIEA empowers its members to amplify their impact and advance the field.
