Peer Learning Circles

AIEA Peer Learning Circles (PLCs) is a mentoring program that gives members a chance to connect with peers who are asking the same questions, facing the same headwinds, and shaping the future of internationalization. Small groups of 4-6 leaders meet virtually monthly for four months to share best practices, tackle common challenges, and exchange helpful resources. By supporting one another, we can shape a stronger future.

The AIEA Presidential Fellows Program is our most prestigious, selective mentorship opportunity for new Senior International Officers, pairing up to five Fellows each year with experienced SIO mentors for a year-long mentorship experience that includes structured visit to the mentor’s institution.
