AIEA Presidential Fellows Applications are Open

Step Into Leadership with the AIEA Presidential Fellows Program – applications are now open.

This AIEA-funded initiative is a meaningful investment in the next generation of international education leaders, designed specifically for Senior International Officers in the first three years of their current role.

Fellows develop a personalized plan of action at the start of the program and are paired with experienced mentors who support them throughout the year. As part of the experience, Fellows receive funding to visit their mentor’s campus, providing the opportunity to shadow, observe, and engage directly in the work of senior leadership.

The impact of the program is clear: many Fellows go on to serve in leadership roles within AIEA and beyond, with several advancing to college presidencies. Notably, six of the seven recent Institute of International Education SIOs of the Year are past Fellows.
